Waiting For Gateaux

If there’s one thing better than one funny lady ripping the world a new one, it’s two funny ladies, working together, in perfect harmony.

Well, when we say harmony, for any comic duo to truly spark, there’s got to be a little sibling rivalry to the friendship. A belief deep down in each one that they’re really better than the other.

This is the basis for Sinead Culbert and Sue Collins’ double-act The Dirt Birds, which sees the longtime friends having a little fun with not one, not two, but three comic creations.

Namely, southside sickeners Eleanor and Emer, beauty vloggers Dee and Andrea and Dublin doses Carmel and Debs.

Having launched on Facebook back in July 2016, it didn’t take long for The Dirt Birds to become a viral hit. And their recent guest spot at The Whale’s Uganda fundraiser night proved these longtime funny girls know how to work a crowd.

Returning to Greystones for their headlining night on Friday, February 2nd, Collins and Culbert will be revealing just how much fun there is to be had with their comic alter egos.

Expect strong language – and deliciously naughty jokes – from the start.
